Front & Central

Hi there!

Recently I had the oppertunity to work with Dave Smart of Front and Central restaurant in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. We had worked together in the past on a charity event my day job hosted at his restaurant.

We got together on a cold Sunday afternoon to create his photo submission for the Taste of Nova Scotia CHowder Trail. We ended up staging the dish a few different ways, and got some great shots! He ended up choosing my third frame for submission, shown above! It captured the simple classy style that suits his establishment which he likes to say is *Fun Dining* instead of Fine Dining!
